About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop innovative and creative design concepts based on client needs, brand identity, and current design trends. Provide design direction and mentorship to junior designers and staff. 2. Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the design process and ensuring their vision and objectives are met. Present design proposals and updates in client meetings. 3.
