UI Expert - Immediate Joiner

Responsibilities: Lead and execute the end-to-end user experience design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing, for new and existing financial products. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points within the fintech domain. Translate user research findings and business requirements into compelling user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals. Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. Facilitate workshops and design sprints with internal teams and external customers to gather feedback and co-create solutions. Present and articulate design decisions and their rationale effectively to various stakeholders, including customers and senior management. Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the financial technology sector. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. 5-7 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions. Proven experience working on product development within the fintech segment or any financial institution is highly preferred. Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma , Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, especially direct customer engagement for feedback and requirements gathering. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and information architecture. Ability to conduct and analyze user research (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys). Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. A strong eye for visual design and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms. Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-working skills.
