This role is perfect for a highly organised, autonomous designer, who can confidently develop design concepts and assist with design documentation from concept to delivery. You'll need to demonstrate a strength in FF&E sourcing and specification and be able to contribute ideas with the latest materials on the market. Competency in key software, including AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite, is essential. This role requires a minimum of 8 years’ experience at an architectural or interior design practice, with proven project management experience in high-end design. You will be responsible for managing all stages of the design process, developing concepts for client presentation, and preparing and coordinating the delivery of detailed design packages and schedules. You will also be expected to manage and delegate a team, direct space planning, and bring exceptional knowledge to curating hi-end FF&E. Your outstanding communication and presentation skills will be key as you help build the UHA interiors department.
