Tele Sales Officer Loan ServicesRole & Responsibilities:Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential customers to promote and explain loan products (home loans, business loans, personal loans, etc.).Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries into loan applications by effectively communicating the benefits and features of loan offerings.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to ensure smooth loan processing.Documentation Assistance: Guide customers through the required documentation and eligibility criteria.Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.Coordination with Banks/NBFCs: Work closely with lending partners to process and expedite loan approvals.Handling Customer Queries: Address customer doubts, objections, and concerns professionally.Data Management: Maintain and update records of customer interactions, loan applications, and sales conversions.Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience: 1-3 years in tele sales (preferably in loan services, banking, or financial products).Education: Minimum graduate in any discipline; candidates with a finance or sales background preferred.Skills Required: Strong communication and persuasive skillsKnowledge of loan products and financial servicesProficiency in CRM and basic computer applicationsAbility to handle customer queries and objections efficientlyPreferred Certifications: Any banking/financial product certification will be an added advantage.Perks & Benefits:Competitive Salary + Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on successful loan closures.Career Growth: Opportunity to advance into senior sales or managerial roles.Training & Development: Comprehensive training on loan products, sales techniques, and compliance.Work Environment: Supportive and dynamic workplace with a strong sales-driven culture.Other Benefits: PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits as per company policy.
