Role & responsibilities Assist project team in preparing MTOs and BOQs from Isometrics Entry of Piping and Welding data in the companys in-house piping solutions in TrooNote Co-ordinate with the IT team in identifying any challenges in the system and getting them resolved Assist with project team in preparing Test Packs for piping works and keeping track of the activities Produce piping works reports as and when required to monitor progress 1. Should be able to understand Project QS and Planning requirements. 2. Coordinate with the Project Site Team and GAEP QS Team to prioritize measurement tasks. 3. Plan and schedule QS activities while delegating work to the GAEP QS Team. 4. Oversee and implement all QC checks on ensuring timely delivery to the Site Team. 5. Supervise, coordinate, and prepare client invoices, variations, and new rate assessments. 6. If required, should be able to interact with the Main Contractor regarding BOQs, Progress Measurement, Variations, and Invoicing. 7. Monitor agreed resources, timelines, and work accomplishment reports.
