1. Develop the Assembly manufacturing process to meet Engineering on the CATIA V5 platform. 2. Responsible for analysing any change in the existing assembly process and process revision in ERP System 3. Support Tooling, IE, Quality, Production, SCM in Industrialization of the Assembly Products 4. Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Process documentation such as Manufacturing Instruction Sheets (MISs), Supplemental Instruction Sheets (SISs), Rework Instruction Sheets (RISs) and Visual Aids (VAs) by interpreting Engineering requirements 5. Responsible for the development of the Bill of Material (EBOM, MBOM, PBOM) and Condition of Supply (COS), Material Master 6. Identifying Tools, release Tool Orders, Participation in Tooling CDR and Creation of Work Around Plan (WAP), as applicable 7. Provide support for Industrialization (Product Configuration Verification, Hand Tools, Cutting Tools, 3P, Special Processes) and FAI Prove out 8. Creation and Implementation of Engineering Query Note (EQN) and Engineering Change Notification (ECN)
