We are currently seeking a Transportation /Logistic Coordinator to join our team, focusing on managing the movement of material between client warehouses and our central facility. Key Responsibilities: · The ideal candidate will posses 3-5 years of experience in Logistic coordination · Manage the client requests for material pickups and from their warehouses to our central facility. · Source quotes from various vendors for vehicle requirements. · Arrange appropriate transportation based on material weight and volume and obtain necessary approvals · Coordinate the dispatch of approved vehicles to client locations, maintaining communication with vendors and drives until materials reach our warehouse. · Collect required documentation from client and drivers · Maintain comprehensive record of all transactions, Key performance indicators (KPI) and relevant documents · Monitor KPIs and generate reports for management review · Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to delivery deadlines and quality standards. · Manage logistics operations to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs · Address and resolve shipping related customer inquiries and issues · Prepare and review necessary logistic documentation Qualification: · Bachlor’s degree in any field · Proficiency in MS suite · Strong organizational and communication skills · Experience in cost optimization and budget management Compensation and benefits We offer competitive compensation package that includes performance based bonus Timing Monday to Saturday (Half Day) – 9AM to 6PM Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
