Company Description UdhariCrop is a fintech platform designed to simplify credit management for small and mid-sized businesses. We help businesses track dues, verify customer trustworthiness, and recover payments faster using smart tools and gentle reminders. Our digital ledger, automated payment reminders, and customer trust score tools support multiple languages, including Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Located in Gujarat, we serve traders, wholesalers, retailers, and field agents, aiming to bring financial discipline and trust back into India's informal credit system. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and presenting our fintech solutions to prospective customers. Daily tasks also include maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing feedback to improve our services. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the fintech industry is a plus Fluency in English and any local languages, such as Gujarati or Hindi, is preferred
