Number of Vacant Positions: 5. Immediate joiners desired. 7. Working Hours: - 10:00 am 06:00 pm. Desired Skills / Competencies 1. Must Have Skill Sets The desired professional must have handled recuritments for not less than 5 – 7 Years. 2. Must Have Skill Sets – The desired professional must have successfully closed positions. 3. Must Have Skill Sets – Previous work experience with a good recruitment firm, is a must. 4. Desired is someone who has an extensive work exposure closing positions, preferably for Tier One / Global MNC clients . 5. Very good communication & interpersonal skills. Should be fluent in English. 6. Should be strong with basic Microsoft skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 7. Should be mature enough to shortlist, screen and filter the right candidature within short timelines. 8. Client connect / Business Development strongly desired. Must have extensively synced and closed successful empanelment. 9. Must be thoroughly exposed to and competent with online hiring platforms / channels – Naukri | Linked | IIM Jobs | Angel List | Etc. Should we very well used to with Boolean Searches and Job Filters in Job Portals. 10. Preferably an MBA in HR, however this is not mandatory. Role Requisites: 1. Professional shall be screening candidates and select the right fitment for the required vacancy. 2. Professional shall be working upon a thorough research of the client in order to effectively interface with candidates and filter the best suited candidature for this role. 3. Shall be responsible for candidate follow ups, rigorous screening, “Quality Delivery” , within stipulated timelines. 4. Professional should be exposed with thorough research of client and their business models to ensure quality delivery and effectively coordinate and educate potential candidates. Positions Open: Principal Consultant (Grade S1) - (Terms & Perks): 1. Should match all requirement mentioned above under “Skills”, “Competencies” and “Role Requisites” . 2. Must be a Post Graduate from a Tier 1 Business School. Must have Business Development & Sourcing exposure of not less than 7 Years. 3. Profile (Sourcing – 70% : Business Development – 30%). 4. Payout for Business Development : For every client referred the hiring specialist gets 5% of every requirement raised by the client. This is applicable for every requirement raised by the client, even if the Principal Consultant does the sourcing or no. This may need meeting client for personal office meetings, for which, reimbursements shall be done as per policy. 5. Payout for Sourcing : For every client referred the hiring specialist gets 25% of every requirement raised by the client. 6. Thus a Principal Consultant can earn upto 30% of every requirement if business is acquired and serviced till closure of the position. Payout happens within 48 working hours of 100 percent receipt of payout by client. Sourcing Specialist (Grade S2) - (Terms & Perks): 1. Should match all requirement mentioned above under “Skills”, “Competencies” and “Role Requisites” . 2. Must be a Post Graduate from a Tier 1 Business School. Must have Business Development & Sourcing exposure of not less than 7 Years. 3. Profile – Sourcing: 100 percent. However if someone acquires a business, payout norms shall be in accordance. 4. Payout for Business Development : For every client referred the hiring specialist gets 5% of every requirement raised by the client. This is applicable for every requirement raised by the client, even if the Principal Consultant does the sourcing or no. 5. Payout for Sourcing : For every client referred the hiring specialist gets 20% of every requirement raised by the client. 6. Thus a Sourcing Specialist can earn upto 25% of every requirement if business is acquired and serviced till closure of the position. Payout happens within 48 working hours of 100 percent receipt of payout by client. Working Hours:: Work from home however your working hours should be between 10 am – 06 pm and should take calls / business delivery with these hours, and extend if needed. Overseas sourcing members shall be worked upon with an accordingly working hours.
