We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about international travel, education, or immigration. Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Advise clients on visa requirements and processes for various countries (e.g., student visas, work visas, tourist visas, permanent residency). Assess clients’ eligibility and guide them on suitable visa options. Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of visa applications and supporting documents. Keep clients informed about the status of their applications and any updates. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities to track applications and resolve issues. Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and policies. Maintain accurate records and case files in accordance with company procedures. Provide excellent customer service and maintain client confidentiality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in visa consultancy, immigration, or customer service is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities.
