Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. This role involves promoting and selling residential and/or commercial properties, generating leads, developing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers or investors. Conduct site visits and property tours with clients. Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties. Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, market trends, and competitors. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Marketing Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns. Generate leads through social media, property portals, email campaigns, and networking. Create marketing content including brochures, listings, and presentations. Organize and attend open houses, exhibitions, and property shows.
