Patient Care – Job Description Female candidate Required Position: Patient Care / Caregiver Location: Somatane Phata, Taluka Maval, Pune Workplace: Old Age Home Key Responsibilities: Assist elderly residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support patients with mobility, including walking, transferring, and using wheelchairs or walkers. Serve meals and assist residents who need help with feeding. Monitor and record vital signs as required (BP, pulse, temperature). Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and surroundings. Provide basic first aid and report any health changes to the supervisor immediately. Administer medicines as per instructions from the Nurse/Doctor. Offer emotional support and maintain a friendly, caring environment. Assist in maintaining patient records, daily logs, and reporting. Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational protocols of the old age home. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10th/12th pass (preferred). Prior experience in patient care, nursing assistant, or caregiving (preferred but not mandatory for dedicated candidates). Basic knowledge of elder care and hygiene practices. Ability to handle elderly residents with patience, compassion, and respect. Physically fit and capable of lifting or assisting residents when required.
