As a data scientist, you will be responsible for managing all processes from data extraction, cleaning, and pre-processing to training models and deploying them to production. The ideal candidate will have a passion for artificial intelligence and stay updated on the latest developments in the field. You will be expected to utilize frameworks like Langchain for developing scalable and efficient AI solutions. Additionally, you will integrate vector databases such as Azure Cognitive Search, Weavite, or Pinecone to support AI model functionalities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will define problem statements and prototype solutions leveraging generative AI. Ensuring robustness, scalability, and reliability of AI systems by implementing best practices in machine learning and software development will be a key responsibility. Your tasks will include exploring and visualizing data to gain insights and identifying differences in data distribution that could impact model performance in real-world deployment. You will devise and oversee data-centered projects, verify data quality through cleaning, supervise data acquisition processes, and find suitable datasets for training. Defining validation strategies, feature engineering, and data augmentation pipelines will also be part of your role. As for qualifications, we require a Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field, along with at least 5-10 years of experience in building Gen-Ai applications. Preferred skills for this role include proficiency in statistical techniques like hypothesis testing, regression analysis, clustering, classification, and time series analysis. You should also be proficient in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, specializing in Deep Learning (NLP) and statistical machine learning. Strong Python skills are essential, along with experience in developing production-grade applications. Familiarity with Langchain framework and vector databases like Azure Cognitive Search, Weavite, or Pinecone, as well as understanding and experience with retrieval algorithms, will be advantageous. Experience with Big data platforms and technologies like Apache Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or Hive for efficient data processing and analysis at scale is preferred. Familiarity with working and deploying applications on Ubuntu/Linux systems and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are also desired qualities for this role.,

Key skills include experience in manual testing, analyzing requirements, deriving test cases, identifying gaps or ambiguities in requirements, working on Ubuntu/Linux and/or Windows Applications, and using Requirements Management and configuration management tools. Proficiency in modern software testing tools, object-oriented programming, scripting/programming languages like Python and JavaScript, and knowledge of regulatory industry practices are advantageous.
