Pen Picture of Candidate Seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project management activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects. Job Profile Location : Jaipur Qualification : B.Tech, BCA, MCA Min. Experience (in Yrs) : 2 Role & Responsibility 1. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables 2. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, discuss any issues or concerns, and provide updates on project status. 3. Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery according to project plans and client requirements. 4. Documenting and formalizing change requests (CR), and obtaining approval for CRs 5. Ensure Customer Expectations are aligned with the development strategy. Ensure gap elimination between requirement understanding and development 6. Ensure UAT sign off from the customer 7. Ensure effective client issue management process is followed right from identification to closure so that there is minimum impact in the project 8. Facilitate UAT meetings with the customer . 9. Monitor Project Deliverables and Payment schedules 10. Monitor and track UAT progress, defects, and issues 11. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 12. Strong understanding of the project domain with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to the client 13. Technical Expertise : Account Management, Change Management, Customer Management, Domain Knowledge, Feedback Management, Go Live Management, Issue Management, Product Demonstration, Product Training, Project Monitoring & Controlling, Scope Management Skill Set : Active Listening, English, Hindi, Team Collaboration, Verbal Communication, Written Communication Qualification & Certification B.Tech, BCA, MCA
