Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales executive located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase sales. Daily tasks will include meeting with potential clients, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the design team to ensure client needs are met. The Sales Executive will also handle follow-ups, maintain client databases, and ensure superior customer service. Qualifications Proven sales experience and ability to close deals Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and maintain client relationships Experience in the exhibition and events industry is an advantage Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
