Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, fabrication, and installation. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams, including international stakeholders. Track and report project performance using progress bars and other reporting tools. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Manage project documentation, contracts, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations. Qualifications: Bachelors/M-Tec CIVIL degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 8 - 10 years of CIVIL PROJECT MANAGEMENT Experience in the construction industry. Experience working with foreign companies and managing cross-border projects preferred. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Wrike, CMiC, MS Office, Bluebeam). Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
