Job description. 1. Manage both online and offline tenders. 2. Preparing and uploading/submitting all bids with relevant technical and commercial documents on the GeM portal and other tender platforms, including Reverse Auctions. 3. Keep track of tender results and records of proposed prices. 4. Keep track of forthcoming requirements and proactively solicit RFQs/tenders for competitive bidding. 5. Track the order delivery cycle and proactively keep customers informed about the stage of execution of their orders. 6. Ensure timely collection of due amounts from the customers as per agreed milestones. 7. Actively interact with internal stakeholders to ensure the speedy resolution of customer concerns. Desired profile and experience: 1. One to three years of proven track record in tender sales. 2. Well-versed in different commercial terms and conditions. 3. Experienced in completing all relevant commercial and technical documents that are to be uploaded for bids. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Should be able to communicate in English, Hindi, and a few Regional Languages. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that no tender opportunity is missed out on for bidding. 2. Ensure accuracy of bid documents. Qualifications: 1. Any graduate with experience in tender sales. 2. Well-versed with all commonly used software on PCs, such as Excel, Word, etc.
