You will be responsible for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, negotiating and managing contracts, ensuring products and services are delivered on time and within budget, and working cross-functionally to maintain inventory levels and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conversion of Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders in a timely manner - Expediting of overdue purchase orders regularly and preparation of reports for maintenance team - Coach and guide vendors to submit invoices within the client governance process - Support vendors and internal stakeholders on any invoice queries - Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain positive vendor relationship - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Understanding of Inventory Management and Supply Chain processes - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems (SAP / Pronto Preferred) Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any discipline - 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management About the Company: The company offers an excellent work culture, long term growth opportunities, and the chance to work across various categories with excellent remuneration.,
