It is essential that you hold at least one professional certification such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or an equivalent certification. Moreover, you should have worked on at least one project related to the Personal Data Protection Law, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), or ISO standards.
