We're looking for a skilled Barista who can: ✅ Create a full coffee menu (hot & cold) ✅ Develop SOPs (taste, temperature, foam, flavor) ✅ Train junior staff to follow recipes perfectly ✅ Help maintain coffee quality, grinder settings, and consistency ☕ Key Responsibilities: ✅ Beverage Expertise Design a complete coffee menu: hot & cold beverages (latte, cappuccino, cold coffee, etc.) Write clear SOPs (grams, ml, temperature, taste) Train staff to replicate drinks with consistency ✅ Cleanliness & Hygiene Ensure café area, counters, and machines stay clean and sanitized Follow daily cleaning checklists & ensure junior staff follow hygiene rules ✅ QSR Standards Maintain timely service, clean uniforms, and food safety Supervise shift flow like a quick service outlet (Burger King, McD, CCD style) ✅ Customer Handling + Billing Take orders, manage POS system Handle UPI/cash, give printed receipts, maintain order clarity Speak politely and build good customer relations 💰 Salary & Perks:Fixed Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on skill) Additional: Performance Bonus + Free Meals.
