Roles & Responsibilities Telecaller (Tweak7 Car Service) Customer Interaction Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, offers, and updates Attend inbound calls for service bookings and enquiries Collect feedback after service completion Lead Management Follow up on service enquiries from social media, website, and walk-ins Convert leads into confirmed bookings Maintain a proper follow-up schedule Service Coordination Schedule and confirm customer appointments Coordinate with workshop team for vehicle readiness updates Inform customers about delays or additional work needed Feedback & Complaint Handling Call customers post-service to collect feedback Escalate issues to management for quick resolution Maintain a log of complaints and resolutions Promotion & Upselling Inform customers about ongoing offers and packages Suggest additional services like denting, painting, detailing, etc. Encourage customers to take AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) Record Keeping Maintain daily call logs and booking reports Update customer database with correct contact details Share daily performance report with management
