Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new customers interested in HDB loans through various channels (door-to-door visits, referrals, networking). Promote and sell HDB loan products by providing expert advice and personalized loan solutions to meet the customer’s needs. Customer Consultation & Loan Application: Meet with potential clients in the field to discuss HDB loan products, terms, and eligibility criteria. Provide detailed consultations to understand customer requirements and assist in selecting the best loan option. Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is collected accurately and in a timely manner. Loan Processing & Follow-up: Submit completed loan applications to the internal processing team for approval. Ensure smooth communication between clients and the processing team throughout the approval and disbursement process. Follow up with clients to ensure they understand the loan terms, conditions, and repayment options. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Provide ongoing support to clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have during the loan lifecycle. Target Achievement & Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and loan progress in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, lead generation, and market trends to the Sales Manager. Market Knowledge & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on changes to HDB loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and government regulations. Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to effectively position the company’s products.
