Roles & Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one home tutoring sessions at students’ residences. Teach Math, Science, SST, and English (till Grade 10; subject preference based on expertise). Prepare students with assignments, tests, and doubt-solving . Track student performance and share feedback with parents. Follow Tutoratti’s structured teaching methods and maintain professionalism. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate / Final-year student (any discipline, preference for Science/Commerce/Arts background). Strong subject knowledge up to Grade 10. Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi). Mandatory: Availability from 3 PM to 9 PM and willingness to commit till academic year-end (March). Assets Required: Personal two-wheeler & laptop. Passionate about teaching and mentoring school students. Stipend & Benefits Monthly Stipend: 15,000 – 25,000 (fixed, based on capability & subject handling). Performance-based incentives.
