Tution Teacher For All Subjects

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Tuition Teachers to provide academic support in all core subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, tailored to the level of students from primary to high school. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching, the ability to build rapport with students, and the skill to adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs after school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clear, engaging, and effective lessons in all subjects as per student needs
• Identify individual learning gaps and customize lesson plans accordingly
• Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Assign and evaluate homework and practice assignments
• Maintain records of student attendance and performance
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
• Prepare students for school exams and assessments
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment
• An interest to use shared space

Criteria:

• Proficiency in teaching English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with students from varied academic backgrounds
• Organizational skills to manage multiple students or batches
• Commitment to academic excellence and student success

Eligibility:

• Education:
• Minimum
• Bachelor’s Degree
• (preferably in Education or a related field).B.Ed. or D.Ed. qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience:

1–3 years of teaching/tutoring experience preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply)

• Language Proficiency:

Strong command over English and local language (if applicable) Flexible to teach in the afternoons/evenings or weekends, as per student schedule

• Availability:
• Patience and empathy toward students
• Creativity in teaching approaches
• Familiarity with school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/International Board )
• Tech-savvy – able to use online tools and platforms (if needed)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
