About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a polished final product that aligns with our brand, creative direction, and communication goals. You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to deliver engaging and high-quality videos for various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, corporate videos, and other formats. Add music, voiceovers, graphics, animations, and effects to enhance video quality. Ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and strong storytelling flow. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project objectives and requirements. Maintain brand consistency and follow the company’s visual style guidelines. Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines. Organize and maintain video files, assets, and project libraries. Requirements: Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio or showreel required). Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, for generative AI use or similar tools. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. Knowledge of motion graphics, sound editing, and color grading is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Film, Media, Animation, Communication, or related field (optional). Experience in editing content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form vertical videos. Green Screen editing.
