About the Role: Your Launchpad into Technology This is a unique opportunity for bright, ambitious, and driven B.Tech graduates to launch their careers with a fast-growing product company. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will join our dynamic team and embark on a structured journey to grow from a graduate with strong fundamentals into a proficient, real-world software engineer. You will be mentored by seasoned professionals and will contribute to a live product that is making a tangible difference. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain features for our AI-powered business software. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of your mentors. Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues to ensure the stability and performance of our applications. Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and design to deployment and support. Eligibility & Education: Fresh Graduates in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering or Information Technology, MCA Technical Foundations: A strong, demonstrable grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, including Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), DBMS, and Computer Networks. Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or React/NextJS.
