TURNED MILL SETTER/OPERATOR

The company specializes in using a variety of Machining and Fabrication processes to manufacture products for the Aerospace industry and aims to expand into wider markets, offering a fascinating and challenging working environment. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Strong background in programming complex details in hard and soft metals. - Experience working with multiple machines like VMC, Turn mill & Turning Centre preferred. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CNC offline programming with NX CAM. - Proficiency in reading 2/3D engineering drawings. - Self-inspection of parts produced and resolving Non-Conformance (NCR) issues. - Experienced in using standard measuring systems and methodologies. **Qualifications:** - Ideal candidate should have an academic background in Mechanical Engineering. - Time served on programming TURNED MILL machine (DMG MORI), MACHINE MODEL No. - NLX2000/5000 Y with CELOS CONTROLLER. **Skills:** - Industry experience in Aerospace (ideal), Nuclear, Medical, or Automotive (high end), Motorsport with high tolerances of +/-0.01mm. - Must be a flexible and forward thinker with a "can do" attitude.
