As part of our Digital 80 initiative, Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Process Automation & AI Specialist to lead the design, implementation and optimization of digital workflows and AI-driven solutions across global business functions. This role is instrumental in driving digitalization strategies aligned with leadership priorities, enhancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation through automation and intelligent systems. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Process Automation Lead the identification, design and deployment of digitalized and automated workflows across Trade, Security, and Crisis Management functions. Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend scalable, sustainable improvements. Contribute to the development and execution of the digital transformation roadmap. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of automated processes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate AI/ML models into operational workflows. Technical Implementation & Integration Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) SAP Ecosystem (S/4HANA, BTP, Concur) Salesforce , Workday and Eloqua Synthesia for AI-driven video content generation Office 365 Apps (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot) Develop and maintain a centralized digital architecture ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity and governance standards. Utilize cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment and data integration. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by aligning digital initiatives with stakeholder needs. Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions and solution design presentations. Provide training, documentation and ongoing support to ensure adoption and sustainability of digital solutions.
