As a UI/UX Designer at Turing Systems, you will have the opportunity to lead user experience design, conduct UX Research, Journey Mapping, Heuristic Evaluation, Personas & Scenarios, as well as Usability Testing. Your responsibilities will include creating workflow charts, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups, animated user interface demonstrations, and interactive prototypes for usability testing. Key Accountabilities: - Collaborate with product team members and key stakeholders to gather feedback from current users, prospective users, past users, sales teams, and customer support teams. - Conduct thorough customer research and derive feature recommendations. - Develop workflow charts, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups, animated user interface demonstrations, and interactive prototypes for usability testing. - Engage in Agile software development meetings. - Participate in feature testing to ensure compliance with functional requirements. Mandatory Skills: - Possess 3-4+ years of experience in designing iOS, Android, native, and web applications. - Create design systems and component frameworks to streamline the design and development of new features. - Have 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following design tools: * Adobe XD * Sketch * Invision * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Balsamiq * Pen & Paper Professional Aptitudes: - Demonstrate a desire to contribute your expertise to an industry-leading platform where your contributions have a tangible impact. - Enjoy learning about new technologies and seek a role that allows you to apply a diverse skill set. - Possess an understanding of the business aspects of software. - Evaluate trade-offs between perfection and progress to deliver timely updates that benefit users. - Advocate for test-driven development and strive to enhance applications based on real user experiences.,
