NG material notification. Abnormal material improvement validation. Statistics analysis of Daily/Monthly Inspection. Incoming material quality status records/logs build-up and maintenance. Limit/Standard Sample Management. Login and filing of relevant material quality inspection documents. Updates/Performs AQL inspection accordingly. Places non-conforming materials on hold. Establishment and inspection of sampling plans for new development materials approval. Skills Seven Basic Tools of Quality 8D Principle application Measurement tools Equipped basic electronic/electrical, plastic and metal parts knowledge English Excellent Relative Work Experience 1 year + ----- 【 PQC/FQC/OQC Engineer 】 Role Description: Manufacturing process audit. Finished products inspection and shipping quality inspection (including package inspection). Statistical process control(SPC). Analysis, feedback and tracking of process quality variation, and ECN change quality tracking. Record quality issue parts. Rework Inspection. Perform product process audits according to the annual plan. Skills: Seven Basic Tools of Quality 8D Principle application Applying of AQL sampling inspection plan Basic knowledge of electronics, basic knowledge of metal parts, basic knowledge of SMT, basic knowledge of soldering Basic knowledge of electronics, basic knowledge of metal parts, basic knowledge of SMT, basic knowledge of soldering English Excellent Relative Work Experience: 2 year +
