Role & responsibilities 1. Experienced in factory operations and general affairs. 2. Timely repair and maintenance of the office and handling of irregularities 3. Maintain the factory system and general affairs operations in normal operation. 4. Provide guidance to factory/general affairs staff and assist them in improving their skills. 5. Coordinate the management and maintenance of building public safety, fire safety inspection, equipment maintenance (water/electricity/air conditioning/fire protection/access control/surveillance system, etc.), plant environment cleaning, water and electricity maintenance, official vehicle management, telecommunication and postal services, festivals, and horticultural maintenance. ISO Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System... etc. 6. Departmental personnel management, cost and expense control. 7. Handle common and miscellaneous purchasing affairs. 8. Matters assigned by the supervisor. 9. Facility Equipment & Fire Safety Management 10. Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management 11. Budgeting and cost control, work planning/execution and exception 12. External Relationship Communication and Maintenance 13. Maintenance of facility systems 14. provision of logistical support activities 15. with familiarity in ISO Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems and related government regulations. Preferred candidate profile 1. University degree or above, or with relevant skills 2. Experience in Facility Management 3. Experience in Administration
