Job Description: Proposal Engineer ESP (Electrostatic Precipitators) Key Responsibilities Proposal Development : Ø Prepare technical and commercial proposals for ESP systems in response to client RFPs. Ø Customize solutions based on flue gas characteristics, particulate load, and emission regulations. System Design & Selection : Ø Analyze process data to determine appropriate ESP sizing, configuration, and materials. Ø Collaborate with design teams to develop layout drawings, flow diagrams, and performance estimates. Cost Estimation & Budgeting : Ø Estimate project costs including equipment, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support. Ø Prepare detailed bill of materials and pricing breakdowns. Client & Sales Support : Ø Interface with clients to understand technical requirements and clarify proposal details. Ø Support sales teams during technical presentations and bid clarifications. Documentation & Compliance : Ø Ensure proposals comply with environmental regulations and industry standards. Ø Maintain records of proposals, revisions, and client feedback. Collaboration Ø Works closely with: Ø Process and design engineers Ø Sales and marketing teams Ø Procurement and project execution departments Required Skills & Qualifications Ø Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering. Ø Strong understanding of ESP technology, air pollution control systems, and industrial processes. Ø Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and proposal management tools. Ø Knowledge of emission norms (e.g., CPCB, EPA) and process engineering. Ø Excellent communication and analytical skills.
