Job Post: Sales Manager – Industrial Lighting Company: Tucana Lights Pvt Ltd Tucana is an Industrial LED lighting company based in Ahmedabad. We are a Direct-to-Consumer lighting company. Our potential customers find us online and reach out to us to make purchases. We are looking for enthusiastic sales managers who can attend to prospects, guide them through the purchase and close orders. Location: Santej , Ahmedabad (10 mins from Science city) Role Type: Full-time | Day shift | 6 days/week Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹28,000 per month (based on talent, skills ,prior sales experience, resume and past employment score) Job Role – What You’ll Do: Reach out to prospective leads acquired through Facebook, Instagram, website and LinkedIn. Understand their lighting needs and propose appropriate solution (factory/warehouse). Visit their site if need be Share pricing quotations, brochures, and guide them on product selection Maintain proper records on Excel or Google Sheets and CRM Follow up regularly with prospects in pipeline, existing customers, coordinate with the sales team, close orders. Who We’re Looking For: Eager learners who are ready to learn 'everything' about industrial LED Lighting Go getter attitude who don't wait for things to happen to them but happen to things. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English. Most importantly, speak confidently Very comfortable with phone calls, and WhatsApp, and follow-ups Familiar with basic Excel / smartphone usage Polite, clear and honest in conduct and communication. Open to travel to client sites to attend to prospects
