Roles & Responsibilities Tally Entries & Ledger Maintenance Accurately record financial transactions in Tally. Update and reconcile ledgers regularly. Managing Creditors & Debtors Track and manage accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding dues. Taxation Knowledge Assist in tax calculations, filings, and compliance. Keep updated with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations. Voucher Posting & Invoice Management Process and post vouchers for all financial transactions. Maintain proper documentation for purchases and sales invoices. File Management & Record Keeping Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, and related documents. Ensure easy retrieval of data for audits and reporting. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished products according to specified quality standards. Use precision measuring tools such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges to verify product dimensions and tolerances. Perform first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections as per production requirements. Document and report non-conformities, deviations, and quality issues to the QA manager. Maintain inspection records, logs, and reports accurately. Work closely with the production team to ensure quality is maintained at every step of the manufacturing process. Verify products against engineering drawings, specifications, and standards. Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities. Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2+ years of experience in quality inspection within the sheet metal industry . Strong knowledge of sheet metal components, fabrication processes, and metal properties. Proficient in using measuring instruments: Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge , etc. Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and quality standards. Familiarity with quality tools like 7QC tools, Pareto analysis, and control charts is a plus. Basic knowledge of MS Office. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of welding inspections, surface finishing, and assembly checks.
