JOB PURPOSE: The role focuses on supporting the Exports Function by managing end-to-end Sales and Business Development activities from reviewing contracts and ensuring timely collections to developing new products and customers, forecasting demand, analyzing competitors, and maintaining strong customer relationships — all aimed at achieving the organization’s sales and growth objectives JOB SUMMARY: 1 To achieve targeted Export Sales Volume and Contribution through structured and efficient Sales Operations, supported by dedicated Sales Representatives and Distributors, while closely collaborating with the in-house NPD and Production teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products to customers 2. The role aims to drive new business growth by exploring new markets, acquiring new customers, and introducing new products through competitive offers. It also involves working with the NPD team to assess product feasibility and ensure smooth execution, thereby maintaining sales volume, contribution, and healthy cash flow while building a strong customer base 3. The role focuses on developing international business by identifying potential customers, completing the PPAP process, and commercializing new projects on time. It also ensures customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous process improvements and achieve customer delight. 4. The role ensures effective customer management by offering clear and accurate technical details on product, process, and delivery aspects to build trust and support seamless order execution 5. Document and achieve Zero Non-Conformance for exports marketing in IATF Audit and participate in CFT to solve chronicle quality issues
