You will be responsible for programming and setting CNC machines (VMC / Turning) to manufacture tube fittings such as elbows, tees, unions, etc. Your duties will include reading and comprehending engineering drawings, setting tools, fixtures, and verifying dimensions of the first piece. Proficiency in working with Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas CNC controls is essential. Additionally, you will be working with stainless steel and alloy materials like SS304 and SS316. Effective coordination with the production and QC teams is crucial for ensuring smooth operations. To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in tube fittings or instrumentation fittings. You must be capable of independently programming and setting the machine, as well as proficient in using measuring tools such as verniers, micrometers, and gauges. Attention to detail, commitment to quality, accuracy, and productivity are key attributes required for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
