Qualifications: BA LLB(Hons) Critical Skills: i. Drafting and review of commercial agreements, loan agreement, terms sheets, security/mortgage documents, for both retail and corporate loans. Drafting and review of co-brand agreements for credit cards, TSP agreements, merchant agreements and alliance agreements for marketing and sourcing of customers. Advising internal clients with the queries in refence to interpretation of contracts and applicable laws. End to end management of assigned legal work in association with the legal team. Drafting and review of co-brand agreements, TSP agreements and alliance agreements for marketing and sourcing of customers along with MITC and credit cards terms and conditions. ii. Drafting, review, and negotiation of outsourcing contracts including Master Service provider Agreements, term sheets, NDAs and business correspondent agreements. Preferred qualifications: i. Law degree from a premium law school of India. ii. Validated experience in contract drafting, review and negotiations, ability to handle commercial transactions and other applicable area of law. iii. Prior legal experience in general corporate matters iv. Good knowledge of Indian Legal system including IT, digital and privacy space. v. Shown ability to lead and execute optimally at all levels of the organization. vi. Good inter-personal skill with a proven ability to communicate internally and externally. vii. Strong analytical ability, creativity, and good judgment in resolving legal issues. viii. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, ability to prioritize, plan, co-ordinate and execute assignments in collaboration with peers and business.
