Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive – Admissions (Australia Study Visa). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in university admissions processes and a strong understanding of Australia’s study visa requirements. The role primarily involves assessing student applications, shortlisting suitable universities, and managing the entire application submission process. Key Responsibilities: Review and assess student applications to determine eligibility for Australian universities. Provide guidance to respective sales team on university options based on their academic background, English proficiency, and career goals. Manage end-to-end university application process, including document verification, application submission, and follow-ups. Stay updated with the latest admission requirements, policies, and changes in Australian universities and visa guidelines. Liaise with universities for application status updates, offer letters, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of applications, correspondence, and student progress in the system. Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of Australian study visa requirements and admissions criteria. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses/universities. Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
