Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Procurement to ensure seamless workflow. Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation accurately. Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and resource management. Support management in planning, budgeting, and executing operational strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Address operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
