Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Lucknow. The Real Estate Sales representative will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their property needs, showcasing suitable real estate options, and ensuring seamless transactions. Tasks include prospecting potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, staying informed on market trends, and conducting property tours and negotiations to close deals. Qualifications Strong Communication Skills. Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including Residential and Commercial properties Proven Sales skills, including client prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals Excellent Customer Service abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with knowledge of property verification and real property documentation Proactive and goal-driven with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
