About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for a Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in NBFC accounting, loans, investments, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations for NBFC activities, focusing on loan and investment portfolios. Prepare and file all RBI periodic returns accurately and on time. Stay updated on RBI guidelines for NBFCs and ensure full compliance. Handle CIC (Credit Information Company) reporting fortnightly. Prepare IND-AS compliant financial statements and coordinate with auditors for year-end closing. What We’re Looking For: CA qualification is a must. Proven experience in NBFC accounting, with strong knowledge of loans and investments. Hands-on experience with RBI reporting and CIC reporting. Solid understanding of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
