Role Description We are hiring a Marketing Manager for our Kerala operations . This is a full-time, on-site role with 100% travel requirement across Kerala. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for go-to-market execution , with a focus on lead generation, client meetings, relationship building, and deal closure . The role involves visiting private radiology imaging centres and hospitals, understanding their requirements, and onboarding them onto Trust And Hope Rad’s Teleradiology services. The Manager will work closely with the leadership team to achieve monthly client acquisition targets and ensure successful client onboarding. Key Responsibilities Execute go-to-market strategies in Kerala to expand the client base Identify and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networks Conduct client meetings with private radiology centres and hospitals Present service offerings and close deals with decision-makers Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth client onboarding Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client retention Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure Strong skills in marketing strategy, market research, and relationship management Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Willingness to travel extensively (100% travel role within Kerala) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is a strong plus
