J ob Title: Senior Site Engineer - Infrastructures/railways Site locations - Baroda, Gujrat | Bhiwani, Haryana | Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced senior site engineer to oversee and manage project activities for infrastructure industries related projects . The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and efficient completion of project tasks, adhering to safety standards and quality guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications throughout the lifecycle. Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to financial constraints while maximizing cost-efficiency. Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and present updates to stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery timelines. REQUIREMENTS : Minimum of 5-7 years of similar project handling experience , preferably in infrastructure /railway industry related projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Preferred Skills: Experience with Indian Railway construction standards and protocols. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
