We focus on health-conscious, ethical, and quality-first consumers across Pune and Mumbai via quick commerce, home delivery, and premium retail. We’re now looking to scale our BTL outreach to acquire new customers across housing societies, gyms, flea markets, and wellness events. Job Summary: We’re seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) promotion strategies across Pune. The role involves planning, executing, and tracking campaigns to acquire subscribers for our dairy products via events, activations, and local partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute BTL campaigns in residential societies, gyms, wellness centers, events, and flea markets. Build and manage an on-ground team of promoters and interns. Coordinate with the marketing team for booth setup, creatives, and logistics. Track conversions, leads, and campaign ROI daily. Maintain relationships with society secretaries, gym managers, and local event organizers. Conduct field visits and quality checks to ensure campaign effectiveness. Provide weekly reports on leads, conversions, and feedback. Ensure brand compliance and customer experience across activations. Handle inventory and product samples during events.
