Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer (Level 2 preferred) who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing workflow applications on the Appian BPM platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Appian versions 19.x and above, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and implement Appian BPM applications. * Work on Appian objects including SAIL interfaces, CDT, Records, Process Models, Sites, and Reports. * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Appian solutions. * Develop integrations using Web APIs, Plug-ins, and external systems. * Enhance existing workflows and troubleshoot issues in Appian applications. * Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and security standards. * Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. * Create technical documentation for developed components. Required Skills & Experience * 2+ years of experience in Appian development. * Hands-on experience with Appian 19.x or later versions. * Experience with Appian L2 certification highly preferred. * Strong proficiency in SAIL, process model design, and Appian Records. * Good understanding of Appian architecture, plug-ins, and integrations (SOAP/REST). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
