Location: 2nd Floor, Above Mom’s Paratha, EC Road, Dehradun – 248001 Position: General Manager (Male/Female) Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure smooth functioning of all departments. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability. Manage client relationships and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with operations, drivers, and back-office staff for effective service delivery. Supervise financial activities including billing, collections, and cost control. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and safety standards. Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to enhance productivity. Prepare regular performance reports for the management. Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred, but not mandatory). Minimum 5+ years of experience in management (Travel/Transport industry preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English (Written & Verbal). Ability to handle clients, vendors, and staff professionally.
