Role Overview We are inviting passionate individuals to join our Trainee Program in Financial Research & Advisory Skills. This is not an immediate advisory role it is a structured learning and practical training opportunity where you will gain deep exposure to financial markets, research methodologies, investment planning, and compliance. Upon successful completion of training, eligible candidates may be supported in pursuing SEBI Research Analyst (RA) or Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) certification, opening pathways for a long-term career in the advisory industry. Key Responsibilities (during training phase) Learn equity, commodities, and derivatives market fundamentals. Study technical and fundamental analysis techniques. Assist in preparing market research reports, watchlists, and case studies. Participate in live and simulated market sessions for hands-on learning. Understand compliance, ethics, and investor protection guidelines. Support content creation for training modules and client education. Eligibility Criteria Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields (final-year students may also apply). Strong interest in stock markets, research, and investment strategies. Good analytical skills and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and online research tools preferred. Training & Career Path Phase 1 (Academy Learning): Classroom/online sessions on market concepts, research techniques, compliance, and portfolio strategies. Phase 2 (Practical Exposure): Guided involvement in research activities, report drafting, and investment simulations. Phase 3 (Career Advancement): Assistance in preparing for SEBI RA/RIA certification and potential onboarding into an advisory role within the company.
