We’re Hiring: Team Lead – B2B Marketing & Sales (VLSI EdTech) Location: Noida |Experience: 2–4 Years | Domain: VLSI Education / EdTech Are you ready to lead a high-impact B2B sales team in the fast-growing EdTech space? We’re looking for a Team Lead to drive institutional sales and lead ATL & BTL marketing efforts for our cutting-edge VLSI education programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a B2B sales team targeting colleges, universities & training institutes Drive institutional partnerships and scale VLSI course adoption Plan and execute ATL (webinars, digital campaigns) and BTL (workshops, demos) marketing strategies Own sales targets and deliver growth with a data-driven, goal-oriented approach Track market trends, generate reports, and optimize sales strategies Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in education or tech Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills Proficiency in CRM tools & Microsoft Office Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Engineering Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7668454449
