Under the supervision of Team Leads and senior team members, you will have the opportunity to participate in our internship program aimed at equipping you with the necessary skills to grow into a professional Technical Support Engineer. During your internship, you will have hands-on experience with a variety of tasks including structured cabling, routing and switching, configuring and managing wireless networks, setting up different firewall configurations, ensuring network security, managing VPN servers, configuring and managing SDWAN systems, installing and configuring servers, managing Active Directory, installing and managing Network Attached Storage (NAS) and configuring RAID setups, as well as troubleshooting various firewalls, routers, and switches. This role offers different job types such as Full-time, Part-time, and opportunities for Freshers. The expected working hours are 40 per week. In addition to a challenging work environment, we offer benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
