Job Responsibilities: Design of various press tools as per schedule and standards Undertake tool design calculations Adherence to Quality systems and procedures Review and approve strip layouts from vendors Undertake Tool Productivity improvement projects Regular interaction with internal and external customers for technicalities Trials and trouble shooting Conduct RCA, CAPA for all non-conformities and review periodically Maintain Records and Reports Position Requirements: Knowledge of Solid edge and NX A Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Tool Engineering with 5-10 years of experience Proficiency in Press Tool Design in a reputed Tool Room Proficiency on CAD and Advanced Tool Design modules Working knowledge of ERP system Knowledgeable in various machining and Heat-Treatment processes Conversant with MS-Office tools Ability to make presentations and reports to management as required
